this has to be one of the most awesome internet promotions i have seen in a long time, i Do appreciate the use of free text, Esp whilst my phone plans is on outgoing call restrictions due to a $1700 bill with voda because i kept on sitting on my phone and calling my gf's message bank by accident lol (learnt the valuble lesson of locking phone a long time ago but forgot it again)
Anyhows, My suggestion to make the forums and the Gotext site more user Savvy is to Possibly make a new forum page that users cant post on that is dedicated to explaining to people what it is they need to do. Personaly im pretty cluey when it comes to sussing out internet forums as i do part time moderation of www.mygen.com and used to work for playstation as a moderator and i was completly stumped trying to find out what to do with the premium text and how to earn more credits etc...
another suggestion is to have a Sticky topic in the help section, so people can check through the topic prior to enquiring on the help forums ....
Thanks for my suggestion, please dont take this as any form of criticism i think this website is fantastic and will continue to pass it around to people i know who would like to enjoy some free credits :)

Definitely agree on the stickying a 'help' topic somewhere. We do get lots of questions and tend to repeat ourselves answering emails. A one-stop place for people to get answers to frequently asked questions would be very useful. I'll get someone here to compile a post.
Any other ideas to keep people involved in the site? We lose hundreds of dollars every month financing everyone's free SMS, so we'd love to think of ways that will keep people interested to stick around (and therefore make the site more profitable with the small amount of ads we run). Always keen to here suggestions.
