you only get five free credits a day,so this means that if you still have 2 premium credit (i.e. credit that you got from converting GO points) you will only get the other 3 credit that day,after having first used the 2 premium credit.the next day you'll be back to having the five free credit.

i thought that 2 but wasent hard to work out i want to know if i can turn the go points into mobile credit to my phone for when i'm on the move

And sorry leggey but you can't turn your GO TXT credit into mobile credit. We are looking at developing GO TXT for your mobile though, so stay tuned.

i tried to convert my gopoints 2 credits...but it still says ive got 0 credits and 20 gopoints...i tried it twice and still...nothing.
i followed the steps 2.

I did a survey to earn extra credit but never got the extra credits. Also it says that i have no more credits left for the day when i havent even used one.

the system automatically adds more free credit to your account 24 hours after the last one. If you successfully completed a credit offer you would have had your account credit increased once we were notified by our sponsor.

can i just ask what happened with the GO POINTS? cos i had about 15 go points... and now i have 6? and i didnt convert them (Cos i dont have premium credit or anything) just wondering...

From the post announcing GO Points:
"Another thing to remember: GO Points last for one month. So the benefits you get for a comment or a blog post will last for a whole month, but after that the points will go back down. "

So GO Points only last for a month, then they disappear. We're open to suggestions about changing the system and what rewards you'd like to get in return so please send us an email with any ideas.

Yes, i also joined up to 'Valued Opinions' and I haven't received any credits from completing a few surveys. I'm unsubscribing from them now.
